Returns
We appreciate you trying out our brand! We are so sure that you will love our products we guarantee all of your purchases! If you do not love your products we will gladly issue you a store credit for the purchase amount, less shipping and handling. Our return policy is valid for 7 days after your products are delivered. If 7 days have passed before you contact us about a credit, unfortunately we can not accept your returned items.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be minimally used and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You are responsible for any shipping and handling fees associated with returning and or exchanging your products.

If a free gift and/or discount was applied to your order conditionally upon the purchase of the item you are returning, the free gift must be included with your return in unopened condition and in its original packaging. If the item is not received or in its original condition, the cost of the item will be deducted from your Credit amount. Any discounts applied to your order are subject to reversal with your return.

- Due to sanitary precautions All False Lashes, Eyeliners, and Mascaras are non-returnable at this time.
To complete your Credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Store Credits (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Credit.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Wrong Shade? We've got you covered! All Foundation and Concealer product purchases are eligible for an even exchange for your correct shade, one time per purchased item. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
We do our best to ensure all products are delivered to our customers as safely as possible. However, we will fully replace items you receive that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for this reason, you must send us an email request within 3 days of delivery to: jacquelinejaynecosmetics@yahoo.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
